Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a 260 gr/m2 polyester fabric with a width of 160 cm, printed with a very simple pattern of circles and polka dots in multicolor tones. This fabric has a rough and rigid texture, and an opaque visual appearance. In addition, it is certified as sustainable and has been made with sublimation printing technology.
Regarding its general characteristics, we can highlight its resistance and durability, which makes it ideal for decoration applications, both indoors and outdoors, as well as in fashion and accessories. In this sense, its print is versatile and can be combined with other plain colors such as white, black, or beige, to achieve a more elegant or sober look.
As for the care this fabric requires, it is important not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It also allows dry cleaning with solvents and ironing at a cool temperature. The application of excessive heat or exposure to direct sunlight could damage the design and the fabric.
Finally, the sublimation printing technology used to create this fabric is a process in which the design is printed on transfer paper and then placed in contact with the fabric, which is subjected to high temperatures and pressure to permanently transfer the ink from the paper to the fabric. It is a high-quality textile printing method that allows for detailed and time-resistant designs.
