The Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is an elastic fabric known for its chlorine resistance and high UV protection, thanks to its special finish. It is composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 grams per square meter and a width of 150 cm. It is characterized by its soft and elastic texture, making it ideal for lingerie, swimwear, sports tights and leggings, and leotards.
The printed design features a natural landscape with trees and trunks, with a rusty touch that gives it a corroded and rustic feel. The multicolored tones of the print form a harmonious combination that allows the fabric to be paired with different solid colors, such as greens, blues, browns, and grays. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for high image quality.
Regarding its general characteristics, in addition to its soft and elastic texture, the fabric is sustainable as it is GRS certified and recycled. Furthermore, its sublimation printing technology ensures great durability of colors and design, and excellent image definition.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, sportswear, swimwear, and lingerie stand out, due to its chlorine resistance and high UV protection. It is also suitable for making swimwear and sports leotards thanks to its softness and elasticity.
It is important to note the specific care instructions for this fabric, such as no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C, no dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature, and no tumble drying.
Finally, sublimation printing technology consists of applying ink to paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process allows the ink to permanently fix onto the fabric, resulting in a high-quality and durable print.
