The Punto Roma Elastic - Lyon fabric is a knitted fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which gives it great flexibility and adaptability to the body. Its weight of 282 gr/m2 and its width of 150 cm make it an ideal fabric for knitted garments such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses or sweaters, as well as for napkins and other home textiles. In this case, the fabric is printed with a one-sided digital textile print design, which presents a very simple nature, evoking a sky with clouds in multicolor tones.
The design printed on the Punto Roma Elastic - Lyon fabric is symbolic and technical, as it represents nature in a very simple but detailed way. The sky and clouds have been rendered with a chromatic range composed of several colors, such as blues, pinks, yellows, greens and whites, which gives it great versatility to combine with other solid colors such as blues, grays or whites. The simplicity of the drawing makes it a very easy design to use in various fashion garments, for both men and women.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its soft texture stands out, which makes it very pleasant to wear. In addition, its composition of polyester and elastane gives it great adaptability to the body and comfort in use. As for applications and uses, in addition to being ideal for knitted garments, it could also be used in fashion accessories such as hats, scarves or gloves, as well as in other decorative home elements such as cushions or curtains.
It is important to take into account the care that must be taken with the Punto Roma Elastic - Lyon fabric, which includes not using bleach, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and not using a tumble dryer. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a low temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester, by which the design is printed on one side of the fabric surface. This means that the back of the fabric will remain unprinted. This printing method is widely used in the textile industry for its ability to reproduce complex designs with great detail and color and for its durability in use.
