The Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin fabric is a Corduroy-type fabric with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, which gives it a soft texture and a characteristic visual sheen. Its printed design is of medium complexity, with motifs alluding to nature, such as trees, trunks, moss, and bark. The predominant colors are multi-colored. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. It is perfect for decoration applications, particularly for upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas; as well as for trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, bags, and fashion accessories. Due to its weight of 280 gr/m2, it can also be used for manufacturing cushions and baskets, mainly for the living room and bedroom.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC without using bleach, do not dry clean except with trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and do not use a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin is sublimation on polyester. This process uses special ink that, when applied to transfer paper, is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure to ensure its fixation, quality, and durability.
