The fabric for our printed design is the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, a 135 gr/m2 polyester fabric with a width of 150 cm and sublimation printing technology. The design has a high visual complexity, with details that allude to corrosion, rust, and metals. The main colors of the design are multicolored, allowing it to be combined with other solid colors such as white, black, and gray to create an interesting contrast.
The fabrics texture is soft and elastic, providing great comfort when worn. The breathable finish of the fabric allows it to be used for sportswear or everyday accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies. Furthermore, its weight makes it a light and fresh fabric, ideal for use throughout any season.
It is important to note the specific care instructions for the fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, and ironing it at a cool temperature, in addition to avoiding dry cleaning and tumble drying. This ensures the durability of the fabric and prevents the printed design from wearing out easily.
Sublimation printing technology involves transferring the design from a printer to special paper, which is then transferred to the fabric through a heat and pressure process. This ensures that the design is permanently printed on the fabric, without fading and without feeling rough to the touch. The printing is done on one side, which guarantees that the fabric has a uniform and presentable appearance when used.
