The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra named Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2 and with a width of 150 cm. It has a composition of 82% POLYESTER and 18% ELASTANE. It features high elasticity and resistance, in addition to a soft touch. The printed design provides an energetic and natural feel, with a very simple complexity that complements trees and oaks characteristic of the landscape. The main colors are multicolored, combinable with light and dark tones such as white and black. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
The combination of Polyester Lycra and the printed design gives the fabric a texture, elastic feel, and very high 50+ UV protection factor against chlorine. This makes it ideal for use in lingerie, swimwear, tights and leggings, as well as sportswear. It is also perfect for home decoration and its use can extend to leotards and bikinis.
For its care, bleaching should be avoided, machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron at low temperature. In addition, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, and tumble drying should not be used.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This method employs ink transfer through saturation and vaporization, achieving a durable and vibrant result with a crisp and detailed image on the fabric surface.
