The base fabric is Recycled PET Canvas – Dallas, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The printed design features a vector pattern style of Indian geometric and floral shapes with a smooth texture. The main colors are Iron Grey, Night Black, and Cotton White. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Recycled PET Canvas – Dallas has a rough, rigid, and opaque texture with a harsh feel. Its printed design adds a touch of style and elegance to any application or use. In addition to those already mentioned, it can be used for making aprons, table runners, placemats, and baskets, as well as for upholstery, cushions, and accessories. This fabric is sustainable due to its GRS certification and its composition of recycled materials.
For fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned with solvents and ironed at a cool temperature. Additionally, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for the transfer of inks from a special printed sheet to the fabric surface using heat and pressure. This ensures high-definition print quality and extended durability.
