The base fabric is the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, a technical fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric has a breathable finish that provides it with an elastic texture and a soft touch. The printed design on this fabric is a vector pattern in an Indian geometric and floral style with a smooth texture, mainly in shades of iron gray, night black, and cotton white. This design could perfectly combine with plain colors like red, pink, and yellow. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Both the fabric and the printed design have general characteristics that make them perfect for use in sportswear, such as t-shirts for women, men, and children, as well as accessories like hair ties and scrunchies. The fabric is breathable and elastic, making it ideal for the production of sportswear that requires mobility and comfort in use. The Indian geometric and floral design gives it an elegant and modern touch that makes it perfect for use in all types of sportswear.
Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC. It should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried, and it needs to be ironed at a cool temperature to maintain its appearance and quality.
The Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh is printed using polyester sublimation technology, which allows high-quality and high-resolution designs to be printed on technical fabrics like this one. This technique consists of printing the design onto transfer paper and then applying heat and pressure to transfer the design to the fabric. This ensures excellent definition of shapes and colors, and adequate durability for use in high-quality garments.
