The Glasgow broadcloth fabric features an animal print, specifically zebra, whose attributes reflect a simple design in terms of complexity, with striped shapes and a style oriented towards home decoration. The predominant colors of the design are night black, cotton white, and army gray, which can combine very well with plain shades of ochre, brown, or beige. This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
As for its characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture to the touch and a composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, which gives it great resistance and durability. With its weight of 380 gr/m2 and its width of 150 cm, it is an ideal fabric for making coats, jackets, blazers, and jackets for women and men, as well as for creating home decoration pieces, such as coasters and other elements for dining room and kitchen. Its use is recommended for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season.
It is important to note that Glasgow fabric requires specific care, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at a warm temperature, and not tumble drying. In addition, the garment does not allow dry cleaning.
Finally, it should be noted that the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process in which the ink is printed on transfer paper and transferred to the fabric by heat and pressure, which ensures high image quality and great resistance to fading and washing.
