The Recycled Sportswear Polyester fabric - Basic has a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastomer, allowing for great elasticity and adaptability to the body. Its weight of 145 gr/m2, together with its soft texture and smooth feel, makes it ideal for manufacturing sportswear, swimwear, and shorts for women, men, and children. In addition, thanks to its GRS certification, this fabric is sustainable and environmentally friendly, as it is made from recycled materials.
The printed design that adorns this fabric is characterized by its simplicity and straightforwardness, combined with a brilliant style and a touch of ice. The result is a multi-colored pattern that brings a touch of freshness and vitality to garments made with it. To combine it, plain colors in neutral shades such as white, black, or gray can be used, or bold shades can be chosen to add a touch of contrast and dynamism.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the print is only applied to the surface of the fabric and does not transfer to the reverse side.
In terms of its general characteristics, this fabric presents great softness and elasticity, making it very comfortable to wear. Likewise, its sublimation printing technology on polyester allows for excellent design fixation, maintaining its color and definition over time.
As for its applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for sportswear, swimwear, and shorts for women, men, and children. In addition, its light weight makes it ideal for summer garments or for use in high-activity environments.
When caring for this fabric, it is necessary to take into account that it should not be bleached and that its maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. Likewise, it is recommended to iron at a cold temperature and not to use a dryer.
Finally, the sublimation printing technology used in this fabric consists of a heat transfer process that allows the design to be permanently fixed on the surface of the fabric. This type of printing is ideal for polyester prints, as it allows for great fidelity in the reproduction of colors and design details.
