Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens

The base fabric is the Cotton Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. Its weight is 239 gr/m2 and it has a width of 150 cm. This fabric is soft and elastic to the touch, making it ideal for knit garments such as cardigans, tops, sweaters, and dresses. Its printed design is in a home decor style with a vector pattern of flowers and plants in shades of midnight black, dark red, and viola purple. This design, of very simple complexity, is subtle and elegant, perfect for garments and accessories. It combines very well with solid pastel colors such as pink, green, or sky blue, or dark tones such as black or gray. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.

In terms of features, the fabric is resistant and durable, suitable for making high-quality garments. On the other hand, the printed design has a crisp and clear appearance, thanks to sublimation technology. This fabric is perfect for winter or autumn/winter 2021 garments. In addition, its application is wide: making lingerie, pajamas, blankets, scarves, socks, napkins, and childrens clothing.

Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, not to expose it to temperatures above 30ºC, not to use a dryer, and to iron it at a low temperature. In addition, it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink from paper to fabric using heat and pressure, allowing for excellent fixation and quality of the printed design.
