The Paño Glasgow fabric features a very simple geometric printed design with a vector pattern of triangles in shades of midnight blue, navy blue, and dark blue. This design symbolizes stability and depth, conveying feelings of security and trust. Technically, the fabric is digitally printed on one side with the design.
In general, the Paño Glasgow fabric has a soft texture, making it very comfortable to wear. Its weight of 380 gr/m2 and composition of polyester, viscose, and elastane make it a resistant and durable fabric.
Regarding its applications or uses, it is ideal for making coats, jackets, blazers, and blousons for both men and women. It is also suitable for making home textiles, such as coasters and kitchen towels.
As for care, the Paño Glasgow fabric should not be bleached. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and iron at a warm temperature. It does not allow dry cleaning or tumble drying.
Sublimation printing technology is used for the production of this fabric, which involves applying special inks onto transfer paper and then transferring them to the fabric with heat and pressure. This allows for a high-quality result and high fidelity of the printed designs colors on the fabric.
As for solid colors that could complement this printed design, white, light grey, and silver would be suitable, as they soften the dark blue tones and achieve a harmonious balance in the finished piece.
