The Raso - Amsterdam fabric is a satin/sateen weave with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 120 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The printed design features a modern art style complexity, with crack shapes simulating stones, and uses a multi-colored combination. Additionally, it is important to mention that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
The visual texture of the fabric is shiny, while the feel is smooth and thin, making it ideal for fashion applications such as shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, and tops for women and men, as well as lingerie, such as pajamas, dresses, and scarves. It is also suitable for other uses and applications, such as kimonos or accessories.
Regarding care, this fabric should not be bleached, and it is recommended not to use temperatures higher than 40ºC when washing. Furthermore, it can be dry cleaned, as long as trichloroethylene is avoided. When ironing, it should be done at a warm temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the transfer of a printed image design to the fabric using heat and pressure, causing the ink to turn into vapor and adhere to the fabric fibers, without affecting its texture or consistency. In terms of color combinations, it could be used with solid tones such as white, black, gray, and pink to contrast with the multi-colored design and achieve an aesthetic balance.
