The fabric is made of polyester Lycra called Cairo, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. The printed design is complex, with a modern art style, crack shapes, and representing stone nature in multicolor. Additionally, the fabric is printed on only one side using digital textile printing.
The fabrics texture is described as elastic and soft, and it has a finish that makes it chlorine-resistant and offers very high UV protection with a factor of 50+. The fabrics use is varied; it can be used for sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits or bras, knitwear, tops, scrunchies, bikinis, and swimsuits.
The fabric requires special care: it can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, cannot be bleached or tumble dried, and can only be ironed at a cool temperature. For dry cleaning, all types of cleaning are allowed except those containing trichloroethylene.
This fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, specifically for polyester fabrics. This process allows the colors of the printed design to fuse with the fabric fibers, resulting in a sharp and durable image.
