Raso - Ámsterdam fabric is a satin/raso fabric with a 100% polyester composition, a weight of 120 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by being very simple and decorative, with wave and line shapes representing water and the sea, in multi-color shades. This fabric can be combined with other plain colors such as white, black, blue, pink, or green.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side only. Its general characteristics are defined by its visually shiny texture and its soft, smooth, and thin feel. It is a fabric that can be used in a wide variety of applications and uses, from fashion shirts, blouses, kimonos, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, and tops to pajamas, lingerie dresses, and scarves. Additionally, due to its elegance and delicacy, it is also an optimal fabric for making wedding dresses and accessories.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, it can be ironed at a warm temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Raso - Ámsterdam fabric is manufactured with sublimation printing technology (polyester), a process in which a design is printed on transfer paper and the image is transferred to the fabric using pressure and heat. This printing method guarantees high quality and resistance to wear and washing.
