The fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, a knit fabric composed of 95% POLYESTER and 5% ELASTANE, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The printed design is characterized by its drawn, colorful, and vintage style with a predominance of multicolored tones. This fabric is printed using the sublimation technique on one side, which means that it is not printed on both sides but on one side only.
Regarding the characteristics of the fabric, its soft, opaque, and elastic texture stands out, making it perfect for close-fitting garments that require great mobility. For its part, the printed design adds personality and style to any garment with which it is made. In addition, thanks to its timelessness, it can be used in any season of the year.
As for the applications or uses of the fabric, it is perfect for lingerie such as panties, bodysuits, and bras/bralettes, as well as for sportswear, for women, men, and children. It is also ideal for making tops and knitwear in general, as well as for accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties.
Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it or use temperatures above 30ºC when washing it. In addition, it is recommended not to use a dryer and to iron it at a cold temperature on the reverse side of the fabric. When dry cleaning, it should be noted that it allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows for high quality in image resolution and a durable finish that does not come off with washing. This process is carried out by applying special inks that, through pressure and heat, are printed directly onto the fabrics fibers, achieving a perfect union between design and fabric.
