The base fabric is a type of cloth called Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its texture is soft to the touch, making it perfect for winter and fall-winter 2021 fashion garments, as well as home textiles like coasters and kitchen towels. This fabric is printed with a high-quality patterned design using digital textile sublimation printing technology on polyester. The design features standard complexity, a colorful style with a brilliant textured smoke representation. The main design colors are multicolor, allowing it to be combined with solid tones such as black, brown, and gray.
In terms of features, the Glasgow cloth fabric is resistant and durable, making it ideal for outerwear such as coats, trench coats, jackets, and vests, as well as blazers and jackets. Additionally, its softness and comfort make it perfect for high-quality fashion designs. As for the printed design, its color contrasts and brilliant textures make it perfect for eye-catching garments and modern decorative textiles.
Regarding garment care, this fabric is machine washable at 40°C, but it does not allow bleach or dry cleaning. It should be ironed at a warm temperature and should not be tumble dried, to maintain the quality of the fabric and its durability.
Finally, digital textile sublimation printing technology on polyester is carried out by applying heat and pressure, which penetrates the ink into the fabric fibers, creating a high-quality and durable print. This type of printing is ideal for polyester fabrics like Glasgow cloth, as it guarantees brilliant and long-lasting color quality.
