The base fabric is a broadcloth called Glasgow, with a composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, and a weight of 380 gr/m2. It has a soft texture to the touch and is characterized by its application in outerwear, blazers, jackets, and other textile accessories. On the other hand, the printed design applied to the fabric has a simple complexity, sequins, and silver glitter, in a multicolor combination. This single-sided fabric, digitally printed, can be combined with plain colors such as black, gray, or green.
Regarding its general characteristics, Glasgow has a width of 150 cm and is designed for use in winter and autumn/winter 2021 seasons. The printed design stands out for its shiny and silvery texture, as well as for the inclusion of sequins that give it a unique and exclusive beauty.
Glasgow fabric is versatile due to its applications and uses that go beyond fashion. For example, it can be used for altars, coasters, kitchen towels, and much more. In addition, its care is simple, as it only needs to be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, does not allow dry cleaning, and can be ironed at a warm temperature.
Glasgow is a fabric printed with sublimation technology on polyester. This means it is a printing technique in which the image is transferred by heat so that the pigments are fixed in the fabric. This prevents the design from fading or detaching over time.
