The base fabric is an Organic Cotton Poplin - Verona, composed of 100% organic cotton with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It holds a GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certification and is perfect for making summer fashion garments such as shirts, dresses, blouses, and childrens clothing. Its printed design features a very simple complexity with an artistic style and smoke motifs in multicolored shades. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The texture and feel of this fabric are simultaneously soft and rigid, giving the fabric great versatility to adapt to different projects. The printed design adds an artistic element to the fabric, with a simple yet interesting pattern that creates a changing ambiance in the garment. It can be combined with plain colors in blue, yellow, or pink shades to enrich the color palette.
The fabric is ideal for light and fresh garments. Its softness makes it perfect for making baby clothes or for clothing items that require direct contact with the skin. Regarding its care, it is advisable not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be ironed at a cool temperature and tumble dried at a low temperature. Dry cleaning is also acceptable, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is the reactive direct digital textile printing technique with natural fibers. This type of digital printing offers high precision in printing details with a variety of colors and gradient effects. Furthermore, this technique is considered environmentally friendly, as it consumes less water and chemicals than conventional printing processes.
