The base fabric, Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, is an elastic fabric weighing 270 gr/m2 with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, which gives it great elasticity and a soft feel. The printed design has a simple complexity and represents corrosion and rust in a multicolor range. This design could be combined with plain colors such as black, grey, or even navy blue to highlight the contrast of tones.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric is printed, and the reverse side of the fabric can be seen on the unprinted side. The general characteristics of the fabric are its chlorine resistance, very high UV protection level, and elasticity. The design printed on it is characterized by its simple complexity, making it ideal for a wide variety of garments.
Polyester Lycra - Nairobi is suitable for a varied range of applications such as lingerie, swimwear like swimsuits and bikinis, sports leotards and leggings, as well as mens, womens, and childrens suits. These garments require elastic and resistant fabrics, and Polyester Lycra - Nairobi perfectly meets their requirements.
For the care of this fabric, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not bleached, allow dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene, and ironed at a cool temperature. Furthermore, it should not be tumble dried to avoid damaging its fibers.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of Polyester Lycra - Nairobi is sublimation (polyester), which allows for greater durability of the printed design on the fabric. The sublimation process involves printing the design on special paper and transferring it to the fabric under specific temperature and pressure conditions, ensuring high quality and durability of the design.
