The fabric in question is Recycled Sport Polyester - Basic, composed of 93% polyester and 7% elastane, with a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. It is a sustainable fabric, GRS certified, ideal for sports and swimwear applications for women, men, and children, as well as for shirt making. The printed design, with standard complexity, has a photographic style and features a gastronomic image of peas in multi-colors. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The soft and smooth texture of the base fabric combines perfectly with the standard complexity and photographic style of the design, creating a harmonious synergy that results in a soft and resistant fabric, suitable for long hours of sports use. The main multi-colors of the design can be combined with other plain colors such as green, blue, pink, or white, bringing joy and brightness to any garment.
In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric provides a soft touch that makes it very pleasant in contact with the skin, which makes it ideal for making sportswear or swimwear. In addition, its production with recycled materials makes it environmentally friendly and sustainable. As for the printed design, its complexity ensures good definition and photographic detail, creating a high-quality visual effect.
The applications and uses of the fabric are wide, including sportswear, swimwear, and Bermuda shorts, as well as sports shirts for women, men, and children. Its versatility and softness make it ideal for creating sports pieces that seek great comfort and durability.
For its care, it is recommended to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, without using bleach, and iron at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of printing through a special printer with high-quality sublimation inks onto special paper and then transferring the design to the fabric using a heat press. This technique guarantees high precision and durability of the printed design, thanks to the thermal transfer that fixes the image to the fabric.
