The base fabric is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 220gr/m2 and a width of 160cm. The printed design has a standard complexity with photography and a gastronomic theme of peas in multicolor tones. In addition, it could combine with solid colors such as black, military green, and gray.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. Its brushed finish provides a soft and fluffy texture ideal for manufacturing sweatshirts, toiletry bags, backpacks, and tracksuits, making it suitable for mens, womens, and childrens sports fashion.
Care instructions for the fabric include washing at a maximum temperature of 40º C and tumble drying at a reduced temperature. Additionally, it is recommended not to bleach or iron, and dry cleaning is permitted except with trichloroethylene.
The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston is manufactured using polyester sublimation printing technology, a technique that uses a high-definition printer to print on special transfer paper. When in contact with the fabric and subjected to high temperatures, the ink sublimates into the fabric, penetrating it and leaving a durable finish resistant to washing and rubbing.
