The Recycled Lycra fabric is a 190 gr/m2 lycra with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, characterized by being soft to the touch and elastic, with a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. This fabric is printed with a single-sided design using digital textile printing, which stands out for its complexity and for having round and circular shapes that evoke jewels and shiny stones. Multicolor is the main color of the printed design, combinable with solid colors such as black, white or even pale pink.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, its use in accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies stands out, as well as in sports swimwear, both in bikinis and swimsuits and also in swimwear fashion. In general, its high elasticity makes it excellent for garments that need a perfect fit and great mobility.
This recycled lycra must be cared for with caution: it must not be bleached or dry-cleaned, and it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and iron it at a cool temperature. It is also important to note that this fabric is sustainable, as it has GRS certification, which means it is made with recycled materials.
Finally, it should be noted that this fabric is printed with sublimation technology (polyester), which allows for high-quality and durable printing, and that, as we mentioned before, it is printed on one side using digital textile printing.
