Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a textile made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is a rigid fabric to the touch, which stands out for its texture. The printed design has a simple complexity, it is a fabric with a wool texture and predominant multicolored colors.
This design evokes handmade wool sweaters in warm autumn-winter tones, with a modern touch that makes it more current. The predominant colors of the design, multicolored, can be perfectly combined with plain colors in neutral tones such as white, beige or grey, to highlight the tones of the design.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which ensures a crisp and durable print.
Regarding the general characteristics, it is worth noting that the Tweed - Chanel fabric is perfect for clothing such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, shorts, bow ties, vests, as well as for making home decorations such as living room, bedroom and kitchen cushions, and outdoor cushions.
As for fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and allows dry cleaning except trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at a cool temperature but tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique consists of transferring the ink from the paper to the fabric without passing through a liquid state, which guarantees a print resistant to washing and wear.
