The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, a soft and shiny polyester, polyamide, and elastane corduroy with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is complemented by a printed design in a folkloric style with floral and plant motifs in multi-colored tones. The print is digitally printed on one side only.
Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is a soft and shiny fabric that perfectly combines with the printed design of natural and folkloric motifs in multi-colored tones. In addition, its composition makes it a resistant and elastic fabric, ideal for making clothing, accessories, and home decor. This base fabric is perfect for making jackets, blazers, coats, vests, trousers, overshirts, bags, and backpacks, as well as for upholstering and decorating chairs, armchairs, sofas, cushions, baskets, and other decorative elements.
Velvety Corduroy - Dublin requires specific care to maintain its softness and shine. It should not be bleached, its maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, and it should not be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at a low temperature, but it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is used on polyester fabrics to achieve high print quality and excellent color fidelity. In this process, the printed ink turns into vapor and adheres to the fabric fibers, creating a permanent print that is resistant to washing and wear. The print is made on only one side of the fabric, and it is not recommended to iron directly on the printed area.
