Polyester Lycra - Nairobi 270 gr/m2

The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi is an elastic fabric with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features attributes such as a decorative and folkloric style, and floral nature with a bouquet of flowers and geraniums in multi-colored main colors. This fabric can be combined with plain tones such as white, black, red, and yellow to create a more balanced look.

The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that only the front has the design, and the back is plain. In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric is elastic to the touch, resistant to chlorine, and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+. In addition, the design is very attractive and eye-catching thanks to its floral details and folkloric style.

Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used for making lingerie, swimwear (bikinis and swimsuits), leotards and sports leggings, as well as fashion swimwear. It is a versatile and comfortable fabric that adapts well to every body thanks to its elastane sheet.

For its care, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at maximum temperatures of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and it should be ironed at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.

The printing technology used in this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows for high definition and durability of the design printed on the fabric. The process is carried out using a digital printer that applies heat and pressure to the sublimation paper to transfer the design to the fabric. This ensures a crisp and vivid print on the fabric, which does not wear out easily with use or time.
