Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso

The base fabric is the Tromso antibacterial water-repellent fabric, a 100% polyester technical fabric with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has waterproof and antibacterial finishes, which guarantee its water resistance and protection against the proliferation of unwanted microorganisms. The printed design on this fabric is decorative and folkloric in style, with a floral nature featuring bouquets of multicolored flowers in light and vibrant tones, such as geraniums and petals, which stand out for their vitality and beauty.

The fabric texture is rough to the touch, making it perfect for making accessories, backpacks, wallets, purses, and toiletry bags. In addition, its water-repellent finish makes it an excellent choice for making outdoor tablecloths, garden cushions, and water-resistant sun loungers. This technical fabric is ideal for creating pants for men and women, while its antibacterial finish makes it an excellent choice for making workwear and medical uniforms.

The fabric printed with the one-sided design by digital textile printing can be naturally combined with neutral tones such as white, ecru, and black, which enhance the colorfulness of the floral design. Likewise, green, blue, and orange tones can be used to create a color block effect that highlights the chromatic richness of the fabric.

The care required for this fabric is quite simple and easy to follow. Bleaching should be avoided, and the maximum washing temperature is 60ºC. Dry cleaning, except trichloroethylene, is recommended to ensure the preservation of its water-repellent and antibacterial properties. It is not suitable for tumble dryers.

The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, a process by which ink is transferred from special paper to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure, which guarantees high resolution, rich colors, and excellent color fixation. This type of printing ensures that the printed design does not degrade over time and maintains its brightness and vibrancy for a long time.
