The base fabric we are going to describe is the Cloth - Glasgow. This cloth fabric is composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It has a soft texture to the touch and is perfect for use in making coats, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, or vests for men and women. In addition, it is also used in the manufacture of kitchen towels and coasters for the home or even in fabrics for altars.
The printed design covering this fabric is an abstract stain print, which is characterized by its complexity and decorative profile. Its illustration and painting style are evident in the composition of a multitude of colors that make it up, with multicolor being the main color that dominates the design. This design can be combined easily and elegantly; it adapts perfectly to any warm single-color design, such as brown, orange, or mustard, and also with other cool colors such as navy blue or dark green.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, making it a single-sided printed fabric. In addition, the base fabric has a soft texture and boasts excellent print quality and image definition.
Regarding applications and uses, as we have already mentioned, this fabric is perfect for making coats, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, vests, kitchen towels, and coasters, among others. The recommended season for its use is autumn/winter.
It is essential to respect the necessary care to maintain the quality and durability of the fabric. It is recommended not to bleach, not to dry clean, iron at a warm temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a method in which the design is printed on special paper and then transferred to the textile using heat and pressure. Thanks to this technology, designs are reproduced with high quality and sharpness, achieving spectacular and precise results in the final print of the fabric.
