Fabrics can be grouped by the typology of their fibers or composition; textile fibers can be natural, synthetic, or artificial.
We want to tell you a little more about each of them.
Natural Fiber Fabrics
They can be of animal or plant origin; there are also those of mineral origin such as asbestos, fiberglass, or fibers from materials like gold or silver.
* Among Animal Textile Fibers, we highlight wool derived from the fur of certain animal species and silk from the silkworm of the same name.
* Among Vegetable Textile Fibers, we highlight Cotton, Linen, and Jute.
Synthetic Fiber Fabrics
Synthetic Fiber Fabrics are Synthesis Compounds, manufactured entirely by man from chemical substances, they can be polyamides, polyester, acrylic fibers, polyvinyls... the universe and the development of new synthetic fibers do not stop growing, endowing them with functionalities and having a highly promising future.
Artificial Fiber Fabrics
Artificial Fiber Fabrics start as raw material from a natural component, cellulose or natural protein, but the filament is artificial. One of the best known is Rayon in its different types such as Viscose, Lyocell, Acetate or Cupro.
