Recycled Lycra is a Lycra fabric with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. Its printed design is characterized by being abstract, with brushstrokes and a modern art style, in multicolor tones. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side. The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, in addition to being chlorine resistant and having very high UV protection 50+.
The printed design is perfect for sporty swimwear, such as bikinis and swimsuits, but can also be applied to accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties. In addition to the main colors, it combines well with plain tones such as black, white, navy blue, and aqua green.
It is important to note that this fabric should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C. The garment does not admit dry cleaning, should be ironed at a cool temperature, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which is characterized by being a technique in which the design is permanently transferred through heat and pressure. This allows the fabric not to lose quality or color with washing and prolonged use.
