The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi is a type of lycra with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its composition is 82% polyester and 18% elastane, which gives it an elastic texture that makes it comfortable and easy to adapt to the body. Its printed design, with attributes of simple complexity and folkloric style, presents a floral nature with flowers and wildflowers in multicolor tones. Its main colors are perfect to combine with solid colors such as white, pink, fuchsia or light green.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, providing durable and resistant image and texture quality. The fabric has elastic characteristics and is chlorine resistant, making it ideal for use in sportswear, swimwear and lingerie that will require great elasticity and resistance. In addition, it has a UPF finish, which makes it an ideal fabric for sun protection garments.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, bikinis, tights, leggings and sports leotards and swimwear. Its use is not limited only to these garments, as it can also be used for home decoration, such as cushions or curtains, and for making clothing, such as dresses or skirts.
For the care of the fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, do not tumble dry and iron at a low temperature. It is also recommended to avoid trichloroethylene in dry cleaning.
The technology used for printing this fabric is sublimation, which consists of a process of ink transfer by heat and pressure on the surface of the fabric. This technology allows the printed design to have great sharpness and color fidelity, as well as high resistance to washing and wear.
