Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric we are discussing is the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas-type fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2. It has a width of 160 cm and holds GRS sustainability certification, as it is a fully recycled fabric. Regarding the printed design, we highlight its complexity and simplicity in brick shapes with an architecture and photography theme, presented in multicolor. This design, printed on one side using sublimation technique (polyester) on the Recycled PET Canvas, features a rough and rigid texture, being opaque to the eye.
To combine this printed design, we could recommend solid colors such as white, black, beige, and gray tones, to maintain sobriety and harmony in the overall final piece. The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a versatile fabric that can be used in various types of applications and uses such as decoration for frames, cushions, table runners, placemats, baskets, among others; fashion for trousers, accessories, wallets, backpacks, hats, and tote bags; and upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs. Regarding care, it should be noted that this fabric should not be bleached and its washing temperature should not exceed 30ºC; dry cleaning and low-temperature ironing are options, however, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature. The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that uses special inks that are fixed to the surface through heat and pressure, allowing for excellent image resolution and great durability.
