The base fabric for this design is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a 100% polyester microfiber with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. This fabric has a soft texture, making it ideal for fashion garments, accessories, and sportswear or swimwear. In addition, it has GRS certification, which guarantees its sustainable and recycled origin.
The printed design features multicolor hues and is inspired by floral nature, specifically tulips and artistic flowers. It is a decorative design with standard complexity and falls within the modern art and botanical style. Being a multicolor design, it can be combined with solid tones such as green, pink, yellow, or white, among others.
It is worth noting that this fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the design can only be seen on one side of the fabric.
Regarding general characteristics, Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz is thin and rigid at the same time, which gives it resistance and durability. The printed design stands out for its soft touch and the definition of the drawing details.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, the data indicate that it is especially suitable for fashion garments, accessories, and sportswear or swimwear. Thanks to its soft texture and resistance, it is ideal for making close-fitting garments such as swimsuits and sports leggings, as well as for producing accessories such as bags or wallets.
It is important to consider the specific care instructions for this fabric, which requires a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC, does not allow bleach, should not be tumble-dried, and can be dry-cleaned except with trichloroethylene. Also, ironing should be at a cold temperature to avoid damaging the design print.
Finally, we must mention that the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring the print onto the fabric through a ink transfer process using high temperature and pressure. This produces excellent print quality that lasts over time and resists washing and friction.
