Satin - Amsterdam

The base fabric for this piece is Amsterdam Satin, a 100% polyester satin with a shiny visual texture and a smooth, thin feel. The printed design is of standard complexity, featuring a botanical and decorative graphic pattern that plays with the nature of plants, leaves, and artistic and pictorial floral elements, in a multicolor palette that brings the piece to life. This single-sided digitally printed fabric is ideal for womens and mens fashion in garments such as shirts, blouses, skirts, jumpsuits, tops, trousers, and scarves, as well as for lingerie, pajamas, wedding dresses, or making kimonos. It could be combined with plain colors found in its chromatic palette, such as black, grey, turquoise, or white. Furthermore, its weight of 120 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it suitable for use in any season of the year.

Recommended care for Amsterdam Satin includes machine washing at a maximum temperature of 40°C, no bleaching, ironing at a warm temperature, dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature. It is important to follow these instructions to maintain the quality of the fabric after use and washing.

The design is printed using the sublimation technique, a digital printing technology where the ink turns into gas when heat is applied and adheres to the polyester of the fabric. This technique ensures high definition and durability of the printed design, in addition to allowing variety in the design without the fabric losing its softness and shine.
