The Gabardine - Prada fabric is a soft, thin gabardine made of 96% polyester and 4% elastane. Its printed design stands out for its standard complexity, inspired by the nature of artistic and pictorial plants and flowers in multiple colors, within a botanical and tropical context. The design particularly complements solid colors such as white, pink, or black, among others.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side only, which helps preserve the quality and detail of the design.
The general characteristics of the fabric focus on its soft and thin texture, making it perfect for womens and mens fashion in garments such as shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and accessories like scarves. Furthermore, being classified for the summer season, it adapts perfectly to comfortable and fresh clothing.
Regarding the care this fabric should receive, it is recommended to wash it at no more than 30 degrees, do not bleach it, and iron it at a low temperature. Additionally, it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should not be tumble dried to make it last longer.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which converts inks into gas to permanently impregnate the fabric with the design, ensuring great resistance to scuffs and wear over time.
