The Recycled Sport Polyester fabric - Basic is ideal for making sportswear and swimwear for women, men, and children, as well as for manufacturing shorts and shirts. Its composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane gives it a soft and smooth texture, making it very comfortable to wear. This fabric is also environmentally friendly due to its GRS certification and recycled origin.
The printed design of this fabric features vichy check shapes in multicolour tones, which gives it a youthful and fresh touch. In addition, it can be combined with solid colours such as blue, yellow, and white to highlight the intensity of its tones and create contrast. It is worth noting that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
As for its characteristics, the base fabric stands out for its weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm, which makes it ideal for making comfortable and body-hugging garments for sports. For its part, the printed design features excellent definition and sharpness thanks to the sublimation technology used in its printing.
This fabric is very versatile, and its applications are diverse due to its composition and properties. In addition to those mentioned, it can be used for making leggings, shorts, and sweatshirts. As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees, do not use bleach, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying to avoid damaging its elastic fibres.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process in which heat and pressure are applied to transfer ink from sublimation paper to the fabric. This process allows the design to be fully integrated into the fabric, which guarantees that it will not wear out or lose colour over time and use.
