The base fabric on which the design is printed is Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a soft and elastic knit fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design stands out for its standard complexity and its tropical and decorative style, with natural elements such as multicolored plants and leaves in its composition. In addition, the design can be combined with solid colors in green, pink, and brown tones.
Printed on one side using polyester sublimation technology, the fabric has a soft texture and high-quality printing. Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon is suitable for manufacturing knit garments such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, sweaters, and also napkins for home decoration.
To care for this fabric, it is recommended to avoid bleaching, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron it at low temperature. Dry cleaning is also allowed except for trichloroethylene, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which is produced by transferring a design through heat and pressure to a special fabric or paper. The ink turns into gas during the process, which allows it to infiltrate the fabric fibers and permanently adhere to it.
