The Polyester Lycra fabric - Cairo is a 220 gr/m2 elastic fabric composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Its attributes include its texture and softness to the touch, as well as its resistance to chlorine and high UV protection factor. The printed design created for this fabric has a colorful and drawn style, with a floral and plant nature that includes daisies, petals, and artistic and pictorial flowers. The main colors of this design are 47.61% purple tones and 16.46% pink tones. It combines perfectly with plain fabrics in green, yellow, and white colors.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing. The design is symbolic and technical, with a mix of abstract and figurative elements that create an attractive and dynamic pattern. Its soft and elastic texture allows it to be used for a wide variety of applications, including sportswear, lingerie, tops, and swimwear. In addition, thanks to its high UV protection factor, it is ideal for use in outdoor and summer clothing.
The fabric requires certain care to maintain its quality and durability over time. It is important to avoid bleaching and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed, but the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided. It is advisable to iron it at low temperature and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows colors to be permanently fixed in the fabric fibers, creating a vibrant and durable design. This process involves the use of special inks that transform into gas at high temperatures, allowing them to adhere to the fabric precisely and durably.
