Storm fabric is a water-repellent technical fabric, its composition is 100% polyester and its weight is 70 gr/m2 with a width of 145 cm. The printed design on the fabric has a very simple complexity, with circle and dot patterns that give it a decorative touch. The main colors are black and white, which makes it easily combinable with plain colors such as blue, red or dark green. The fabric, printed on one side using digital textile printing, has a waterproof finish and a thin, smooth feel. Its applications include mens and womens fashion, such as jackets, also in home textiles to create shower curtains, or in sportswear such as raincoats and jackets. It is a winter seasonal fabric.
To care for Storm fabric printed with this design, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C as it is not suitable for dry cleaning, iron it at a cold temperature and do not use a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which allows the design to be fixed on the surface of the fabric by transferring the ink from the paper through heat and pressure. Sublimation is especially used in polyester fabrics and offers a durable and resistant result.
