The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features simple shapes of circles and dots in predominantly green and blue tones, with occasional touches of pink and yellow. This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture and a visual sheen, making it an ideal choice for decorative applications, furniture upholstery, and winter clothing. Additionally, according to the provided attributes, this fabric can be used for making a wide variety of fashion garments, for both men and women, such as pants, jackets, and blazers, as well as for accessories like handbags and backpacks.
Regarding its care, it is important to note that it cannot be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, and the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. It can be dry cleaned, however, and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It is also important to note that this fabric cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to produce this fabric is sublimation, which uses polyester-based ink to print the design onto the fabric surface. Sublimation is a digital textile printing technique that allows for durable and resistant printed designs that withstand washing and wear.
