Verona organic cotton poplin fabric is a soft, stiff fabric with a 100% organic cotton composition. With a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for making fashion garments such as shirts, dresses, blouses, and childrens clothing. In addition, its GOTS certification makes it sustainable and environmentally friendly.
The printed design of this fabric features a combination of abstract and artistic elements, such as watercolors, specks, and paints. It is also inspired by Kandinskys style, creating an abstract and complex aesthetic. The main shapes present in the design are circles and dots.
The design is characterized by its main colors, which include Night Black (58.27%) and Iron Gray (14.2%). These colors can be combined with other plain colors to create different styles and contrasts. For example, they could be combined with neutral tones such as white, light gray or beige, as well as with more intense colors such as red or blue to add visual impact to garments made with this fabric.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the print is only on one side of the fabric, allowing for greater control and precision in the design.
In terms of general characteristics, Verona organic cotton poplin fabric has a soft texture to the touch, which makes it pleasant to wear. In addition, its stiffness gives it a structure that facilitates handling during garment manufacturing.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it is important to note that poplin is a very versatile fabric that is also used for making skirts, pants, and bedding. Its stiffness and resistance make it ideal for garments that require structure and shape.
In terms of care, it is recommended to wash this fabric at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and avoid the use of bleach. It can also be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at low temperature. In addition, it can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is reactive direct digital printing, which provides an accurate and durable reproduction of colors and designs. This technology allows for a greater variety of designs and a high-quality finish.
