The 220 gr/m2 Polyester Lycra fabric - Cairo is presented as a versatile and high-quality option, immersed in a colorful stripe design that evokes energy and dynamism. This multicolored print adds a touch of vitality and originality, turning each garment into a style statement. Combining vibrant tones with the softness of the fabric, this creation captures the contemporary essence and lends itself to various applications in the world of fashion and sports.
Technically, the Polyester Lycra offers a grammage of 220 gr/m2, which provides optimal resistance and a chlorine-resistant finish, ideal for water activities. Its composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane generates an elastic and soft-to-the-touch texture, making it perfect for a wide range of garments, from lingerie and tops to swimwear. As for the color palette, the multicolored striped print design can be easily combined with solid colors such as black, white, navy blue, or even pastel tones to balance its vibrant energy.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, ensuring that the colors are intense and durable, while the reverse remains plain and without design. This printing technique allows for crisp resolution and a perfect finish that enriches the visual appearance of the fabric.
Among the general characteristics of this fabric and its design are high UV protection, with a UPF factor of 50+, which guarantees excellent skin protection, as well as its adequate support for fitted and active garments. Applications such as lingerie, in the form of bodysuits and bras, highlight the use of this fabric in intimate apparel, while its inclusion in knit fashion and sportswear makes it a very versatile option. In addition, its suitability for use in swimwear, both bikinis and swimsuits, responds to current fashion trends and the need for comfort and style in aquatic wear.
Regarding care, it is essential to keep the fabric in excellent condition to preserve its quality. It is recommended not to bleach or tumble dry, and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is possible, except in the case of trichloroethylene, and it is suggested to iron at a cool temperature, avoiding any potential damage to the fibers.
Finally, the printing technology used, sublimation on polyester, allows the colors to integrate into the structure of the fabric fibers, achieving a long-lasting effect that will not fade or crack over time. This process ensures that the design is not only visually appealing but also functional and resistant to use and washing.
