The fine water-repellent fabric - Storm, is a sophisticated waterproof fabric that, through its printed design, evokes the serenity of a natural landscape, with elements such as crystal-clear water and moss-covered trees, intertwined in a jungle forest. The multicolored palette highlights the beauty of nature, bringing freshness and dynamism to any garment or decoration that incorporates it. It works perfectly with solid colors such as forest green, sky blue, pure white, or even earthy tones like beige, which can enhance the design without overshadowing it. It should be noted that this fabric is digitally printed with the patterned design on one side, ensuring that the image maintains its vibrancy and detail.
The general characteristics of the Storm fabric are remarkable: its waterproof finish ensures it is water-repellent, ideal for outdoor activities and for designing contemporary fashion garments. The fabrics texture is thin and smooth, providing a soft and pleasant touch, making it a versatile and comfortable option for various applications. In terms of applications and uses, the fabric is suitable for a variety of areas, such as mens and womens jacket fashion, the creation of waterproof raincoats for children and adults, and even for decorating shower curtains in the home. Additionally, its composition and weight make it ideal for manufacturing bed protectors, table oilcloths, and cushions that require resistance and easy maintenance. Its use in winter garments, such as down jackets, which require a fabric that offers protection against cold and moisture, is also highlighted.
Regarding care, it is essential to follow certain recommendations to extend the fabrics lifespan. Bleaching and dry cleaning should be avoided. It is advisable to wash garments at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and iron at a cool temperature, avoiding dryers that could damage the texture and functionality of the material. These care instructions are essential to maintain the fabrics effectiveness as a water repellent and ensure that the printed design retains its color and shape.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process that involves transferring special inks to the fabric surface using heat. This procedure ensures that the colors penetrate the fibers, offering a vibrant and durable image that will not wear out over time. Thanks to this innovative technique, the printed designs maintain their brightness and sharpness, making each garment a unique and stylized piece that celebrates the beauty of nature.
