The Paño - Glasgow fabric is a soft woolen cloth, ideal for creating elegant garments and accessories, combining a printed design with lights in maroon red, night black, and mint green tones. This vibrant design invites creativity, evoking a sense of warmth during the autumn and winter seasons and offers an attractive contrast that can be complemented with solid colors like gray, white, black, or navy blue, providing versatility in style.
The Paño - Glasgow is characterized by its weight of 380 gr/m2 and its composition that combines 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, granting not only resistance but also a pleasant soft texture to the touch. The printed design is made by sublimation, which ensures that the colors are deeply integrated into the fabric fibers, providing remarkable durability against wear. It is worth mentioning that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures that the unprinted side maintains a clean and professional finish.
Regarding its applications and uses, the Paño - Glasgow proves to be extremely versatile and suitable for a variety of creations. In the fashion field, it is perfect for making coats, jackets, blazers, and vests, standing out in outerwear that is essential in cold seasons. Its consistency also makes it an excellent option for home textiles, including tablecloths, table runners, and rugs, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to interior decoration. In addition, its use extends to the creation of cushions, curtains, and other decorative home elements, as well as the making of cloths and doorstops, which are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Due to its resistance and texture, it perfectly adapts to the design of articles for daily use, merging style and utility.
The necessary care to maintain the Paño - Glasgow fabric in optimal conditions is simple but essential. It is recommended to avoid bleaching and dry cleaning, and washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. For ironing, it is suggested to do it at a warm temperature and make sure not to use a tumble dryer for drying, thus allowing the fabric to retain its shape and color.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, a process in which dyes turn into gas and penetrate the polyester fibers. This method not only ensures that the colors are vibrant and durable but also allows for a wide range of designs and patterns, making digital textile printing a preferred option for creating printed fabrics.
