The fabric we are discussing is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, a knitted fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. Its printed design features circles, specks, dots, and polka dots in cotton white, denim blue, and midnight black tones. This fabric can be easily combined with solid colors such as white, black, or dark blue. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric has a soft touch and is elastic, perfect for form-fitting garments. The printed design is opaque and combines different circle shapes, creating an effect of movement and volume. The fabric is suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses, such as lingerie, tops, accessories, knitwear, and sportswear for women, men, and children.
As for care, it is important to avoid bleaching the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C. The fabric allows for dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene and needs to be ironed at a low temperature on the reverse side to avoid damaging the printed design. Furthermore, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of transferring the printed design from a special paper base to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process ensures color fidelity and a high level of detail in the print. In summary, Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support is a versatile and comfortable fabric, with an original printed design and special care required to maintain its quality.
