The fabric we present is the Elastic Point Crepe - Riga, a fabric composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, notable for its elasticity and a weight of 180 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it requires basic care, such as no bleaching, a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and ironing at a cool temperature. This fabric is perfect for womens and mens fashion garments such as skirts, pants, tops, dresses, cardigans, or knitwear. Moreover, it is a timeless fabric that can be used in any season of the year.
The printed design features circles and polka dot/spot shapes in a varied range of mainly multicolor hues, making it perfect for combining with other plain colors that highlight any of the fabrics multiple tones. This fabric is printed on one side with digital textile printing, a very precise printing technique that allows for high-quality designs.
Regarding its general characteristics, its elastic and granulated texture, which makes it incredibly soft to the touch, stands out. Furthermore, it is a very versatile and resistant fabric that adapts to any garment you wish to make. On the other hand, the attributes of the printed design give it a fresh and youthful air, ideal for modern and daring designs.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, as mentioned above. Additionally, its elasticity makes it perfect for garments that require a perfect fit to the body. For example, it can be used to create swimwear or lingerie. It is important to mention that this fabric is also perfect for making all types of casual or dressy garments, thanks to its softness and resistance.
The care instructions for this fabric are basic: do not bleach, use a maximum washing temperature, tumble dry at a reduced temperature, and iron at a cool temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that uses heat and pressure to transfer inks to the fabric. With this technique, a sharp and vibrant print is achieved that resists wear and fading, maintaining the quality of the design intact for a long time.
