Recycled Lycra fabric is a type of Lycra composed of 85% recycled polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features natural elements such as butterflies, plants, leaves, and birds, and is inspired by tropical environments with predominantly light pink, cotton white, and rosy brown colors. This single-sided digitally printed textile fabric is soft, elastic, chlorine-resistant, and has a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
This printed design on the Recycled Lycra fabric can be combined with other solid colors such as pink, white, red, green, and yellow. In addition to being used for scrunchies, it is ideal for sports swimwear, such as bikinis and swimsuits, as well as for fashion swimwear. It is also perfect for other creative applications, such as beach accessories, bags, and home decor.
Regarding care, this Recycled Lycra fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not bleached, not dry cleaned, ironed at a low temperature, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process in which an image is printed on transfer paper with sublimation ink and then transferred to the fabric surface using heat and pressure. This process makes the printed design fade-resistant, even after multiple washes.
