The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is characterized by its composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, which gives it a soft texture to the touch and a shiny appearance. Its weight of 280 gr/m2 and 150 cm width make it ideal for decorating and upholstering furniture, as well as for making fashion garments such as trousers, jackets, and accessories.
The printed design of the fabric features a combination of natural elements such as butterflies, flowers, leaves, and birds, in soft tones, predominantly light pink followed by cotton white and rosy brown, which gives it a tropical and fresh feel. This fabric, printed on one side by digital textile printing, can be combined with plain colors such as cream, beige, or light green to highlight its design.
The general characteristics of this fabric include its soft texture and shiny appearance, thanks to its mixed fiber composition. In addition, the printed design gives it a unique and original appearance, making it ideal for interior decoration or garment making.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, we find the possibility of decorating and upholstering chairs, sofas, cushions, as well as making fashion garments such as jackets, overshirts, blazers, and bags.
It is important to consider the necessary care for this fabric, such as avoiding bleaching and dry cleaning, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology (polyester), which allows the design to be printed directly onto the fabric fibers, ensuring high quality and durability of the print.
