The base fabric is a polyester lycra called Nairobi. The printed design features a smooth texture in multicolor tones. This design could combine well with solid tones such as white, black, blue, or green. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, with a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UPF of 50+. The printed design is high-quality and durable.
Nairobi fabric has various applications and uses, such as the manufacture of lingerie, swimwear, sportswear like tights, leggings, and leotards, as well as for fashion swimwear and bikinis.
It is important to consider some special care instructions for the fabric, such as not using chlorine, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not tumble drying, and ironing at a cool temperature. The fabric is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, a process in which the design is printed on transfer paper using special inks, and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process allows for a high-quality and durable result on the printed fabric.
