The Recycled Lycra - Seal fabric is an elastic fabric composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2, a width of 150 cm, and GRS certification. Its printed design is characterized by being very simple, with a modern art graphic pattern using circle and dot shapes, and multicolor as the main colors. In addition to the design colors, this fabric could be well combined with plain fabrics in shades of black, white, orange, and blue.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design can be seen on one side and the plain fabric on the other. Its outstanding characteristics are its elastic feel and texture, its chlorine resistance, and its very high UV protection 50+ thanks to the special finish. The fabric is suitable for use in lingerie, sportswear, swimwear, and tights. It is a timeless and sustainable fabric, as it is made from recycled materials.
The care instructions for this fabric are to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach it, do not dry clean it, iron it at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. It is important to follow these instructions so that the fabric maintains its original characteristics for longer.
The printing technology used for this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of printing the design on transfer paper using sublimation inks and then transferring it to the fabric through heat and pressure in a special machine. This printing method allows for sharp and durable image quality on the fabric.
